Sore
I woke up this morning feeling pretty sore. I knew before I opened my eyes that I hurt all over, so I wasn't surprised that it took quite an effort to get out of bed. I didn't realize how much of a workout I got fighting that wind. I could really use a full body massage. I'll see about that tomorrow.

I'm sorry you're sore, but so proud of you! I can tell you have a new spring in your step so to speak. Even last night when you came in all hot and sweaty you had a newness about you. What a joy you are!
