Missed out on my bike ride today. The Sears repair guy was scheduled to be here sometime between 8 and 12. Which means he'll be here at 11:58, but I couldn't chance him being here at 8 and me not being back. I am usually home by then, but things happen, and I didn't want this to be the day that I end up in a coma while my kids are home alone with a stranger ringing the doorbell.
I'm going to look at Weight Watchers again. This program works for me, but it is really hard to stick to. When I was on WW, I could eat whatever I wanted to. I just had to make wise choices to ensure that I would get the quantity I needed to satisfy. But I remember banking points (totally legal) and having chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk about once every three or four days. And at night I would have fat free chocolate pudding with a banana and cool whip free. It was like a banana split. I miss those treats. I had no problem only eating what I was allowed, because they were within my points. If I do switch to WW, I'll continue to eat mostly the same things as on this program. They will keep the sodium and calories down, and help me stay within my points budget, but then I'll know when it's okay for me to have a treat without feeling like I'm cheating.
Oh, and I'm down 4.5 pounds today.
Current weight: 267.5.

Great job! :) Sorry you missed your ride, just have to be extra careful with food when that happens.
I've wondered if I would like WW...I don't want to pay to do it though...but I would like to have more variety in food and that would allow for more chocolate! :)
And even a coke if you want to give up some points!
